Previously known as the Cascade Radio Group, a group of Bellingham radio stations owned by Michigan-based Saga Communications, Inc. (SGA) announced on January 1, 2025, they have changed their name to Pacific Northwest Media Group.
“We will continue our commitment to the local community and to bring the PNW the best live and local radio with our heritage radio stations KGMI, KISM, KAFE, KPUG and K-BAY along with the latest in free, online local news via My Bellingham Now,” said Heidi Persson, President and General Manager of Pacific Northwest Media Group.
Pacific Northwest Media Group operates the following radio stations.
- 92.9FM KISM
- 96.5FM/790AM KGMI
- 97.9FM/1170AM KPUG
- 98.9FM/930AM KBAI
- 104.1FM KAFE
