Whatcom County Liquor & Cannabis License activity (February 2025)

The following information is pulled from public records provided by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.

  • New applications are applied for when there is not a currently licensed business or the currently licensed business has a different type of liquor license.
  • Assumptions are applied for when there is a currently licensed business with the same exact type of liquor license.
  • Change of location is applied for when the currently licensed business owner wants to move the business to another location.
  • In lieu of current privilege applications are applied for when a currently licensed business owner wants to change the current privileges.

Approved applications in Whatcom County

February 6, 2025 – Tony’s Bar change of corporate officer on spirits/beer/wine restaurant lounge license at 2920 Main Street, Custer.

February 7, 2025 – Stemma Brewing assumption of microbrewery license at 508 Carolina Street, Bellingham.

February 11, 2025 – Meridian Superstore assumption of grocery store beer/wine license at 3970 Meridian Street, Bellingham.

February 11, 2025 – Green Lion Fardens LLC add financier to cannabis producer license at 5373 Guide Meridian Street, Ste D3, Bellingham.

February 11, 2025 – Corner Taphouse change of corporate officer on takeout/delivery license endorsement at 1125 Finnegan Way, #310, Bellingham.

February 12, 2025 – Meridian Supermart add/change of tradename on grocery store beer/wine license at 3970 Meridian Street, Bellingham.

February 14, 2025 – Dickerson Distributors alcohol permits on beer distributor license at 1313 Meador Avenue, Bellingham.

February 24, 2025 – V’s Barbershop new application for snack bar license at 414 W Bakerview Road, Ste 107, Bellingham.

February 28, 2025 – Aslan Brewing Company in lieu application on microbrewery license at 1330 N Forest Street, Bellingham.

Discontinued licenses in Whatcom County

February 18, 2025 – La Chanterelle Winery discontinued domestic winery license at 1911 G Street, Bellingham.
