Piroshky Piroshky Bakery expands with 6th location in Bellingham

Seattle-based Piroshky Piroshky Bakery has scheduled a grand opening of its sixth Washington state location inside the Lummi Bay Market at the intersection of Rural Avenue and Slater Road in Bellingham.

The grand opening is scheduled for Thursday, February 26, 2026. Hours are 8am to 6pm.

Piroshky Piroshky’s 5 other locations are at the Pike Place Market in Seattle, Pacific Highway S in Kent, Century Square in Seattle, Columbia Center in Seattle and the Convention Center in Seattle. The last opening was the Kent location in 2024.

During 2022, Piroshky Piroshky has held popup events with free delivery of preordered items in Oak Harbor, Mount Vernon and at the Lummi Bay Market.

Over the years, when people visit our bakery from all over U.S., they often ask when we will be in their city. We listened and decided to travel to cities across to the United States to meet our customers personally – and connect with our community across the country.

The company has since expanded its popup events to include several metropolitan areas across the US.

According to the Piroshky Piroshky website, the Lummi Bay Market location currently offers an abbreviated menu compared with their other locations.

Piroshky Piroshky was founded in 1992 and has served hand-crafted Russian pastries for 31 years.
